The breathing and yoga postures are extremely important in yoga. The mind and body works in total synchronization with each other and one can only marvel at the results. A of people with terminal illnesses and serious diseases have successfully been able to cure their illnesses with the practice of yoga regularly and are leading healthy lives. For many it is a way of life today that has no substitute. It is the secret mantra that is attracting millions of people all over the world.
